Pick “Service provider”, tell us whether you work solo or as a business, and upload a government ID. Cleaners and most trades are cleared as soon as the ID is on file.

2. List your services and rates
Choose the services you offer, add a per-service price or hourly rate, upload your logo, and write your business history, certifications and skills. You must arrive with your own equipment and supplies for every service you list — cleaning products and vacuums, mowers and trimmers, snow blowers and shovels, painting tools, etc.
3. Set your weekly availability
Mark the days and hours you work. Hosts see your calendar on your public profile and can request you directly.
4. Get paid from the Haven hold
Hosts pay upfront and the money is held. Once they verify the work, your payout is released to the payment method you saved — minus the 15% platform fee.
What you need to sign up
- A government-issued photo ID
- The area you cover and the services you want to offer
- Your own tools and supplies for every service you list — cleaning products, vacuums and mops; lawn mowers, trimmers and edgers; snow blowers, shovels and salt; painting and handyman tools
- Proof of liability insurance (required for handyman/maintenance and painting, recommended for everything else)
- A payout method — PayPal, Venmo, Cash App or bank details
